I posted before about how I struggle to hit protein goals without GI discomfort. This video claims there's good research (that I have yet to properly dig into) that says I might not need as much as is commonly thought.
So now I'm thinking well, why not try it anyway? Everyone is different, and there are clearly some people who can get stronger without very high protein.
13:48: 🔗 Choosing living over documenting https://spasic.me/posts/i-choose-living-over-documenting
On the many apps and systems we use/feel we ought to use to track our lives.
To which I'd add "choosing curating over listing". While it may be impressive that Jamie Todd Rubin has logged every book he's read since 1996 https://notes.jtrwriter.com/reading/lists/reading-list, I'm far more interested in his curated lists of recommendations.
My site has a books list. I'm terrible at keeping it up to date anyway, and often recall books that are missing from it. It also isn't particularly interesting or representative of who I am today. I think I shall replace it with a selection of smaller, curated recommendations lists.
